  1. Using your touch tone phone, call 1-800-860-5704.
  2. The computer voice will answer and ask for your credit union access code. Enter then the # key.
  3. The computer will then ask you to enter your member number, then #.
  4. You will be asked to enter your PIN number, then #.
  5. From this point on, the CU*TALK procedure will vary depending on the transactions you wish to complete. CU*TALK will guide you through each step.
  6. When you have finished your last transaction, simply hang up the telephone.
