Effective Thursday, August 31, 2017, you will no longer have access to your Bill Pay feature through our online banking system.
How to Prepare by 8/30/17:
- Document your current payees BEFORE 8/30/17, including your account number, payee name, contact information, etc. These will need to be added once more as soon as Bill Pay is available again.
- Note the dates of the system change.
- Last day to access Bill Pay through Thunder Bay Area Credit Union: 8/30/17
- Bill Pay will be unavailable: 8/31/17
- Our Bill Pay system will be available through Besser Credit Union starting: 9/01/17
- Call, email or visit our branch for any questions or concerns regarding the upgrade: 989-354-2850
What do to after 9/01/17:
- Re-enroll in Bill Pay through Besser CU – https://obc.itsme247.com/132/
- Enter your previous Payee information that you documented prior to 8/30/17
- Begin using the system as it was prior.
