When you signed up for your membership, or requested first time access to you were provided instruction on how to log in to online banking for the first time. As we offer a few different ways to begin using online banking, some of these instructions may not apply to you.
Most commonly, entering your account number and social security number to the left will begin the process to enroll.
Sometimes members new to online banking will need to request an access code before they are able to log in and begin using the features.
If you are a new user, look to the left. Do you see the link that says First-Time User? next to the Login button? Great! Simply click that and enter the information it asks for. You will then be able to select to receive a code in your email or text message (those options are based on the information you told us when you opened your membership). Once you’ve entered the access code, you will be guided through options to complete enrollment in online banking.
Access codes are active for 24 hours, then a new code must be requested using the steps above.
